Coolant seal failure after rebuild
If I am understanding correctly, you didnt use a proper seal. You rebuilt the engine by squeezing a tube of hylomar where the seal should go. Is that correct? Really?????
What did you think would happen? Let me guess, that engine lasted about 5 miles.
If thats what you did, It looks like you got exactly what you deserved.

It looks like there is a seal in there, but it rolled over on itself and got pinched. Looks like you used Atkins seals. I've used them in the past. While they work, they don't have the white markings on the sides so you have to look very carefully to make sure the seal is sitting right. That is also quite a bit of hylomar. Excess with get into the cooling system and can clog stuff up. I put a thin bead in the coolant seal groove, let it sit for 10 minutes until it gets tacky, then insert the seal.
Hi,
Yes i use Atkins seals and i think at i do that stupid mistake :-/
thank you for reply.

"You rebuilt the engine by squeezing a tube of hylomar where the seal should go. Is that correct? Really?????" You must be kidding
