the coolant cap to the right of the air box supposed to be empty??

my question still isnt answered, the coolant cap to the right of the air intake box supposed to be empty? i checked and for some reason its empty

If your system is full you should see coolant when you open the cap immediately to the right of the airbox. This is where you can add coolant, btw. Fill it and then check it again when you've driven the car and it's cooled down again.
