Coolant bypass problems

I have read a lot of threads about by passing the coolant past the throtle body.

Is there any modifactions I must apply to the throtle body to make it work properly after removing the coolant line?

I am running a power fc and have removed all the rats nest and am installing all my block off plates and while im in there would like to eliminate this coolant line as well.
