Connector X14 question
I'm getting rid of the wires in Connector X14 that I don't need, but am stumped on one of them.
So far I'm keeping:
2 wires for the speedo: Orange, Green
2 wires for the backup lights: Yellow/Red, Green/Yellow
1 wire for the stock water temp gauge: Yellow/White
I've removed all of the others, as they are no longer needed except for one, the large Black wire in the corner of the connector. I can't find it in the FSM anywhere. I think it's a ground wire, but not sure what it grounds, does anyone have any info?
All wire colors above are from the female side of the connector. The male side of the black wire in question is Black/Blue stripe.
Thanks.

Thanks dude. It was previously grounded when the ecu was installed (before I owned it). I'd just like to know what it's for so I can keep it or delete it.
I've looked through the fsm and have found every other wire on the connector. I'm either missing a page or blind haha.

Found it!
Here is the connector pinout

Here are the wires identified in the wiring manual. Looks like that wire is important if you want your gauges to work as it is the common ground.
