Computer 'pin out' diagram please
Computer 'pin out' diagram please
Hi
Hoping someone out there can help me and provide me with a diagram of a 2000 model Series 8 Rx7 standard “computer pin outs” diagram. My mechanic is using the 93-94 manual and supposedly the “pin out” diagram is different to my 2000 Rx’s configuration. Does anyone have a diagram I could see. Email: rawg30@hotmail.com
Also, if I replace the standard Rx7 ECU with an Apexi computer, will that allow me to rid the car of the housing holding all those nasty solenoids (aka rats nest)?
Thanks in advance
Rory

here you go bro. http://www3.tcn.ne.jp/~yyyy/p-fc/ecu.htm (props to DaleClark for the link)
Just translate it in the firefox web browser.
Getting rid of that model air box is still questionable, but it works in the same theory as the older ones, (just looks different). Jump in the power fc thread and see what you can dig up in their.

Thanks for the diagram, unfortunately it is not the same configuration as the series 8 I have .. There are 4 rows in mine rather than two , but in saying this , you have helped me to translate the pins I could not do before. Many thanks
