ecu part number

I just recieved an upgraded computer in the mail from pettit. I told them specifically to make sure they sent me a 93 non cali 5 speed ecu. Well I plugged it into my car and i get a check engine light, and for some reason it will not give the error code when I connect ten and ground. I have a feeling they sent me the wrong computer.

Can someone confirm the part number for a 93 non cali 5 speed ecu.

The one they sent me says EGI N3A3 18 881A on the factory sticker in small letters. The weird thing is that right above that, where the big 4 letters that should be printed with N3A3, mine says N3A1, but the "1" is hand written in. I think the sticker was damaged and they made a mistake and wrote in a 1 instead of 3. Either that or they put a N3A1 board into a N3A3 case.

Anyway I am gonna call them monday and ask them about it, but I was wondering if someone can confirm that N3A3 is the wrong ecu for my car, or I have the right one and it is damaged. Thanks.
