compression Question

hey guys, i 'm currently looking for fd's.... i found one and did a compression test,....found out both rotors are at low 6's.
is this ok? it has 100000 kms.

Low 6s is kind of low, although even numbers are more important than high numbers, I'd try and shoot for low 7s.

Depends at what rpm that was tested at.

6 is the minimum acceptable at 250 rpm...as stated in the shop manual. It it was lower than 250, than lower than 6 is acceptable. However, these are the MINIMUMS acceptable as stated in the shop manual.

If you want a really strong engine, than try to shoot for one in the 7 range.

i think it was tested on 250 rpm.
