Question Common Symptoms

RX-7 Owners please share with us the new members at the rotary fever some of the common symptoms a rotary engine shows so you save us from lots of troubles and money of course.

I just bought a Blue Type R 2000 model RX7 and at the point where the second turbo enters the car drops pressure almost to zero and there is an instant lack of power like a catout or something. After that the car runs ok with both turbos at 0.7 bar. Does this happened to any1 of you? What's the problem?

I'll have the pictures of my car online soon.

Your plugs should have nothing to do with how well your car is boosting, but if they havent been changed in a while you migth want to try it.

Also, your entire turbo system has a different design then ours due to yours being a 2000 and all the american models being 93-95

I am not too intimately familar with the setup of the newer RX-7s. You might want to see if you have any one way check valves and make sure they are functioning properly.
