Cogged pulley system...

Does anyone have any info on a cogged pulley system for a 3rd gen. I need less slippage.

No info on that but I am still trying to get pulleys made at a good price for my air pump elimination idler .I have made the brackets and cut the shifts and bought the double row ball bearings .

Have you thought about using an auto-tensioning pulley/spring setup from another car for this? I don't know if you could source a 5-rib pulley for it but you could use a 6-rib pulley just fine.. I think the whole assembly cost me $70 when I replaced it on my Dakota. I have one on my Saab too and I really like the concept. No worries about over tightening belts.. Shouldn't be much trouble to make a plate to bolt it up in place of the air pump.
