my buddys 3rd gen is flashing a code, but the code doesnt make any sence at all. it is a code for the oil meetering pump. he disconnected it a while back, and there were never probs with it untill recentley, it has been flashing the code. waht could be the problem, the pump is disconected,a nd has been for a while. any ideas????

 

How did he disconnect it? I don't think you can just unplug it if you have the stock ECU because it will put the car in limp mode. I've heard of guys with Haltechs removing them.
