Clutch question

Does anyone know what a Diaphragm spring plate support is? In the manual it says I need one to install my clutch and its only in one picture. I tried talking to the mazda dealer but they didnt know what it was. Im installing a ACT clutch and pressure plate so anyone whos done this and has any idea what im talking about can you help, thanks.

Sounds like they're referring to the black plastic piece in this picture.

I forgot what they call it but you stick that in the pilot bearing hole to hold the clutch disk in place while you bolt on the pressure plate.
I've installed an ACT clutch and I have no clue what else they could be referring to.

No thats not it, guess it doesnt exist except in that one diagram...
