clutch problem?

I'm reinstalling my engine, together with a brand new gearbox. The gear box came with e new throw out bearing so I diodn't need to use the one that came with my SPEC clutch kit.

now, all the oil is out of the sytem and the clutch 'pump' looks like in the attached picture. Here the gearbox is on the engine and fully installed. As the 'pump' needs to push the fork to the left to release it I figure that it needs to be tentionned in 'normal' condition.

Any ideas here? Is this the normal position?
