Clutch problem
Clutch problem
We install a GRAB type ACT clutch, well afterward the clutch isn't grabbing. Somehow it is not push all the way in. Is there a solution to fix this at all?
Then you probably have one of two problems:
1. The wedge collar isn't seated into the pressure plate
2. The slave cylinder isn't seated into the fork
Do you have any clutch fluid leaking from under the car?

i did have some, but i also was having problem with the wedge staying in place when droping the engine to bolt it into the tranny.
Can i reuse the wedge at all or do each clutch comes with a wedge.

The wedge collar can be reused. However, if it at all gets even slightly bent out of shape, it won't work and needs to be replace (don't ask how I learned that lesson). The collar is actually two pieces (the ring and the major collar piece). If you had problems with it before, it probably needs to be replaced.
Slide under the car and look through the inspection plate. You should be able to see if the collar is pushed into the pressure plate or not.
