clutch problem

ok guys here is the thing

when i push the clutch for a little time, lets say i am waiting at a stop, the clucth get stuck to the floor and it grips very low. When i go on the other gears, if i shift fast, the clutch is perfect. The problem is only when i stay on the clutch.

what could be my problem? could an air bubble be it? Could it be a leak on the cylinder over the tranny? I checked inside the car and there is no leak on the pedal lever and the piston there.

could it be a bad pressure plate or clutch? The clutch only has 15 k miles

please help, i want to get rid of this before winter
