Thumbs down clutch pedal sticking to the floor in 1st and reverse

This is my first 7 that i've owned for about a year now. the clutch pedal the past couple of days has been sticking to the floor only in first and reverse. Once the vehicle builds pressure it has no problem through 2nd to 5th. I almost ran over a lady going in reverse...had to force it out of gear. Can someone please point me in the right direction. Checked for leaks and found zero coming from the brake/clutch master cyl area. Only moisture i found was coming from a power steering line.

I would rebuild your master and slave cylinders. An internal leak would cause this as well, so just because you don't see fluid outside, doesn't mean your master or slave is still good.
