Clutch pedal on the floor

My clutch has been slipping recently. Decided to take vehicle to a friend's shop to replace the clutch. On the way there, my clutch pedal suddenly gets stuck on the floor. It does not go into gear, no engagement. Pull clutch back to top position, no pressure. Called tow truck and have it towed to shop. Replaced clutch, fly wheel, pilot and throwout bearing, and put the clutch back on. Clutch pedal is still on the floor, tried pumping it, it's not coming back up. What could be wrong?

Sounds like your clutch slave cylinder is bad/leaking. Have you checked if you can pressurize the system? what happened during the bleed?

Barely any fluid comes out of the slave cyc during the bleed. Master Cyc is full of fluid. If my brakes are still working, it's an indication that the master cycl is still working as well, is this a correct assumption?

The brake master cylinder is independent of the clutch master cylinder. They actually have separate compartments of the holder that they draw from too, I think. It really does sound like either your master cylinder or your slave is not working properly. If any part of the hydraulic system is not creating a seal, no fluid or even air will be pushed out of the slave when you bleed. They can be rebuilt. Finding a used one in the for sale section is cheap too.
