clutch noise

Same Problem
I have a question about this because it has been like this since i bought the car.
She has a Centerforce dual fritction and when at idle not moving with the pedal out there is a noise, high pitched and does not change with some throttle. When i put the pedal in the noise stops, help?

I have this too however i've rebuilt my clutch and transmission and it still "whirrs". It does this in gear and in neutral and at idle and with some gas. what is this?
