clutch feel.

I have a 6 puck spec racing clutch. And I am not too satisfied with how the pedal feels. It feels as though it only engages when the pdeal is already half way down. I'm used to much tighter feeling clutched with no play in the beginning. I've bled it very well. Or at leats I think I have how dooes anyone else clutch feel? Do you guys have alot of play in the beghinning as well? Is there anyway to improve the clutch pedal feeling?it doesn't say too much in th manual.

A 6 puck unspring clutch is going to be on or off. Since it doesn't slip but merely clamps completely when it is loaded by the pressure plate this may just make you think it's engaging higher. My stock clutch doesn't fully engage until about 2/3 of the way up. Any less than that and it's just slipping, but slipping doesn't really happen with a disc such as yours. It does nothing and then just grabs completely.

Did you upgrade the stock rubber clutch line to a SS braided hose?

There have been some posts about the clutch-release fork breaking and giving symptoms like this with HD clutches. Do a search on this.
