What clutch disk is recommended for such an application ( near stock power FD , 9.5 lbs Aluminum
ACT Pro light Flywheel )
car will be used as a Daily with some track use , but more spirited driving than anything . i was looking at a few choices from clutch net listed below.

does a 3puck disk ( sprung ) require an after market pressure plate?

i don't mind compromised drivability but i don't want to damage my drive train

i will mainly be using 17" ( <20 lbs ) wheels with max 245 rear tires

i do not launch from red lights or drag race , i am concerned about damaging form high RPM ( ~8000) up shifts
