Clutch Chatter

My clutch chatters when I engaging it and the clutch pedal vibrates in or out of gear. The engine runs smooth through out the rpm range. Tranny runs smooth too. I am assuming that something in the clutch assembly is warped(disc, pp, flywheel) or loose. Anyone have any suggestions or experienced this?

TIA, Mike
