Cluster lights up but inop

93 FD recently had engine rebuild and dash out to replace carpet and wired in a adaptronic. Now everything lights up but entire cluster is inop. Also, noticed taillights stay on all the time. Verify can see engine rpm via ecu

Clockspring is new, plug behind blower by firewall is connected. I did eliminate this harness which has a ground on it and i also see these plugs still unplugged. I also plugged in a JDM cluster and same result.

Thoughts / Help ?!?’

That would be the fan recall harness.

If you have the fan recall harness out (which is good) the blue and white plugs going to the ECU harness need to be plugged in. If they aren't plugged in you will have some problems.
