I would like if the seat of base models are the same than those in R models.

Base and R1 are different. Base is a nice cloth(that's what I have). The R1 has a suede-like material.

The base model has cloth that is checkered....if thats any help

yeah, base's seats are nice and very durable. it's a checkered nylon material, not the typical fuzzy cloth that I hate. it looks more luxurious than the R seats.

The R seats look very plain...
