Anyone taken the amber inserts out of the factory signals?

If so care to explain the process?
I know it involves heating the lights up in an oven and resealing them, but if someone could elaborate that would be awesome, thanks!

 

I have. i used a heat gun and went removing them slowly then once there off its 2 screws to remove the amber insert, cleaned up the lense and used clear silicon to seal them back up. not that hard, took me some time since I didnt want to stick them in the oven.
