Cleaning the stock turbos

What do you recommend to clean the carbon off in the inside of the turbos.
I can see the exhaust turbines, but there covered in black, like to clean them and the housing with out leaving deposit on it and get that coat of crap of it, before i get it installed.

I'd simply leave them be. When they reach 1100F, and you engine isnt spitting so much oil, I'd expect them to clean off by themselves.
