Cleaning Stock Intercooler with Kerosene?

Doesn't look like there's much experience by anyone trying to clean the inside of their intercooler, but at least in theory this makes since to me. After all, it's bound to collect some amount of oil from turbo leakage that could over time gradually increase the pressure drop and decrease its ability to transfer heat.
Kerosene would definitely cut the oil, but I would be careful not to leave it in there to long for fear that it might also attack the seals and maybe the end tanks, too. Also, I'd recommend that you be doubly sure that you get it completely dried out before re-installing.
One more thought. Is there a way for you to collect and sort of analyze whatever comes out? Maybe we should all be more concern, regardless of which intercooler we're using.

i cleaned mine with half a gallon of fuel. I just put it in there and mixed it a lot and some oil did come out with tht fuel. Kerosene is a lot stronger, but i don't see why not.
