clean engine bay! vacume line....

I found this pic a while ago and i love the way the vacume lines were cleaned up i was wondering if anyone know were i could get that bar or what ever its called for the lines and if someone could tell me the lines it works for and were it hooks up to!

If you get to the point where you're really cleaning stuff up, you probably won't have enough vacuum lines to even use that manifold.
