Chrome bezels replacment?

The chrome ring around my tachometer is flakey and pitted at the bottom does anyone sell just that peice and is it a real pita to take out of the cluster?

yes and yes. Call Ray Crowe at malloy mazada 703-494-9121 and mention that you're a rx7club member. he should ship for free. I believe the bezel rings go for about 85.00

bezel rings...

it's just a piece of plastic covering the all the gauges with the "chrome" painted on the plastic....

Does the ring snap in place or is it glued /bolted on somehow?

the bezel rings are all on a sheet of plastic. they are perminantly attached to the plastic sheet, however the whole sheet can be easily removed from the gauge cluster. It's just a few plastic clips. The hard part will be getting the gauges out, but even that's pretty easy.
