Checking mileage on removed speedo?
Hey,
i need to check the mileage on my speedo, its still in the car, but the engine is removed and the ECU, so i cant check the mileage (as the battery is in the car (have a kill siwtch), i put the ECU back on, turned the key to on, but just the lamps went on, and the display were lghtened, but no mileage was visible).
Is there any chance to put it directly to a battery to see the mileage, and if so, which points i have to use?

It's possible but it's a pain in the rear. There's some ground on the ECU harness that needs to be connected for it to light up if memory serves.
May want to dig through the electrical diagrams and see if there's a way.
