Check these plugs out....not what expect.

I changed my plugs, the first two on rotor 1 were fine. The leading plug on rotor 2 came out like this though. It didnt happen when I was removing it, and i didnt do it when i installed them last time either. Anyone ever see somethin like this?

Anyway, while you're lookin....what do you guys think of the plugs?

the cracked insulator is not that odd any number of thigs could have caused it from being dropped to using the wrong socket. the one with the burned oil on it is from a leak either power steering or oil above it

it seems fine to me~~~ especially the carbon whitish stuff is normal~~

when I ran 9s I used to take them out at every oil change 1,500 and soak them in carb cleaner over night. Then id sand the face off till it was near chrome and Id also switch the trailings and leadings when I reinstalled them. That way I was able to get the plugs to last ~8k miles

i changed my 9s afyer 13k miles...they didnt look bad at all. but i didnt notice much nicer smoother power in the upper rpm range

Actually the burned oil is probably the sealant around the knock sensor melting and leaking out. The plugs look normal and are at the point of needing replaced.
