Check out my new AFC II holder
I just took the center vent out and modified it to fit the AFC II. I don't neeed the vent as I don't drive in the winter and the ac isn't charged for the summer. Let me know what you think.

To tune the fuel and monitor the injector duty cycle, knock and a couple of other things. Ya I know you can just buy a power fc and do all of that. The only problem is that the pfc is $1200-$1300 USD where as I bought this for $250 CDN. I have all of the things that a pfc have for alot less. Just look at everyone that has a pfc they still buy a boost controller because the one on the ecu sucks. Besides alot of guys have grenaded their motors due to the fact that they don't know how to tune the pfc ecu.

I like it, looks sharp. But, I will say that the PFC and commander allows you to do a hell of a lot more than the afc. Also, it's odd that you are talking about mods on a budget, yet have the pricey blitz components installed. Just some comments, I think the install looks pretty clean

Oh, one more thing I just noticed. I used to have that same shift ****, until the damn thing kept flying off when I was drag racing. I have since moved on to a threaded **** for safety's sake

Zmarko:why wouldn't you use it?
It took me about a week and a half to complete it. I bought another center air vent from a member here on the forum and used that one (just incase I fucked it up). I bought an empty pail from home depot (the big white ones) because I realized that it had the perfect curve to it. I then used a dremel and cut out the vents completely. Using the vent pieces I made a frame that fit the afc where I wanted it. I then traced out the center vent onto a piece of paper and then traced that onto the pail. I then cut it out using the dremel and glued it onto the vent. I then cut out the hole for the afc and used plastic filler and filled all of the holes. The I sanded and sanded, reapplied some plastic filler, then sanded and sanded some more until it was perfect. I then used bumper coat (sem product; I did my interior with it last year so it matched perfectly). That was the process in a nut shell.
