Check Engine Light does NOT come ON

okay so, my check engine light does not come on when i turn my ignition on.... all others do.. i Checked the bolb and its fine.. no problems there... what else could it be ??
any ideas???

You got it. If you need it to work, search the PFC forum for a post by me - you can wire the CEL to come on with the exhaust overheat light, which the PFC does light at startup and supposedly uses for warning purposes. That'll get you around the smog ***** .
