Just this past week my engine check light has been coming on when I'm in traffic (405 & 110 freeways) or when I drive around town in medium traffic real slow.

What is the cause of that? I know I should see what code comes up. It's okay when I turn off the engine & then turn it back on,Does anyone have an idea what might be going on?
