cheapest place for apex seals?

Rather can looking for "cheap" apex seals, you might look at what the different seals offer to see what's going to fit for your build.

well I salvaged one apex seal , a few corner and a few side seals and I salvaged everything from my rear rotor so Im looking to stay with mazda 2mm seal seeing that I already have 4 with less than 10k on them

Then you aren't going to get much cheaper than calling Ray at Malloy Mazda unless you have a Mazda Motorsports membership.
