Changing Auto trans fluid in a 94 Rx 7

I've search and found info on autos but NOT how to change the fluid, just problems with them, etc. Any hints on how to, or where to go or what to watch out for. I've looked on the other rx 7 sites also and the manual boys rule the world, nothing about what I am looking for. This is a new car for me and I don't want to screw it up. I'm not switching it over at this point.

Thanks,

I would find a local shop that has a machine for changing tranny fluid. They remove the line going to the transmission cooler and put the machine in-line with the system. They start the car, and the machine takes in the old fluid and pumps new fluid into the system. Hands down, that's the best way to change auto tranny fluid.

Many quick-lube type places can do it. I don't know if it's gonna be a big pain for them to get to the lines they need to hook up to, though.
