The closest I found when I painted mine after the paint pealed off was from plasti-kote #5500 MAZDA It is touch up paint sold at pep boys its in a yellow can with the label Import Color. It mactehed very well but if you get within a foot of the cap you can tell the texture difference. I dont know how close you want to match but it looks factory.

Rotary 93,
I used the Plasti-kote high heat(1500deg) paint and it matches "perfectly". The code is HP-14 Aluminum. I had it lying around and tried it out, and WOW a perfect match. Btw Pep Boyz sells it.

I used the same stuff, but I followed it with a clear coat to match the finish on the wheels.

Mine were black. I don't know if the previous owner painted them black or they came that way unpainted. I think they are painted black. They do look different from the other FDs, not too bad. Maybe it would be cool to have the center cap painted with the matching body color.

I painted my center caps the same color as my body. I just matched up some engine block paint from Advace Auto. Looks great. While i was at it i had my rims coated white. Red center caps in white rims on a red car.... Everyone tells me it looks really nice.

I painted mine black. I think it looks pretty good. My only problem with it is people think I have my caps missing :p
