CCN,PAC,NTR are high lighted

These are faulted in the power fc commander! I just installed the motor and power fc. I want to make sure that the power fc learns with nothing faulted. I checked the ntr/neutral switch per the FSM with no defects noted, but yet still faulted in the power fc. When I un plug the connector from the neutral switch it is no longer high lighted on the commander.
PAC (port air control valve)- I'll check the operation per the fsm F-120
CCN (charge control)- I'll check the operation per the fsm F-87

If anybody has any thoughts or prior experience please respond.
