Cash saver Repair

I found a way to machine FD engine mounts as so you can fit normally priced one on the hardware. I am looking at a number of stronger far cheaper replacements which will work as good or better. I shopped around for replacements and found them to cost 500.00 bucks just because they are an odd style and not in high demand. I have an attachment of a pic. You will see a bolted mount which is different that factory which is molded and non replaceable.

Probably the best thing about living in So Cal is the easy access to mind altering drugs.

What I seen in this group is mostly guys who go out get a car and pay people to make it fast. Not many of you think out of the catalogs. Now some guys know a little about their cars but most are completely in the dark. It would do some of you some good to read some basic engineering concepts and surely broaden your imaginations a bit. Have some Faith in your ideas as well as those in the catalogs. We have the web all the knowledge is there if you look for it. Build something, design it, test it and learn.
