CAS timing wheel positioning

I had my front pulley off the car for a while & it looks like the timing wheel can go on two different ways (180 degrees apart). Considering the rotor timing is also 180 degrees apart does the orientation make a different during installation?

Thanks!

there is one bolt that is drilled eccentrically, so the plate goes on one way

It only goes on one way. It looks like it will swap, but it won't.
