Question carbon clutch

I was reading some Japanese magazine (OPTION). Companies like Cusco & OGURA have carbon clutch for FDs. Just wondering what the advantages of these carbon stuff are besides lighter, stronger, etc compare to the normal stuff.

RPS sells one too. Single and twin plate. I haven't heard much about them on FDs but VR4 guys seem to love them.
