Carb Legal Intakes for FD
I live in the **** land of California, so I'm scared of the ref. I've done a search, and I was not able to find any info on this.
Anyone know of any? I know the older HKS intakes have CARB numbers, but are there any others? BLITZ, Apexi, or GReddy? I know M2, Pettit, and others of that sort do not have CARB numbers. Any help would be appreciated.
I am aware of the stock air box modification, but I cant find any good picture-tutorials on how it's done (yes I'm quite retarded when it comes to cars), any one know of a good sites for this?

Yeah, the picture is pretty bleak as far as CARB legal intakes goes, but here's the list:
http://www.rx7.org/public/CARB.html
The only CARB legal ones are hot air, not recommended by most list members. I heard a RUMOR that M2 applied for CARB cert. on their intake, if anyone can confirm this, that would be nice.

Ex fd *****
I don't think M2 has aCARB# for their intake yet but being a closed box w/ all the stock hoses hooked up , it should pass by all but the most **** inspector - most just look for an Air pump, Catalyst, and that there are no loose wires, capped hoses or vacuum ports where stuff was removed.
