fouled plug? reversed fuel lines (that was my problem)?
need to know if you pulled/unplugged the engine and harness before anyone can help you too much more.
i know you have fuel pressure... but have you tried to turn it over then pulled the plugs? if they aren't wet with fuel then i'd bet your fuel lines are misdirected. in that case... swap the bottom two on the drivers side (in the set of three) and MAKE SURE you have good clips on there.
more info will get more help; did you pull the engine?

Yeah, i pulled then engine. i took everything out of the engine bay. i completely striped my car to repaint it. the engine hasnt ran since feb 19th of 05. i think the fuel are correct cuz i marked them before i took the engine out. but i will take a look just to make sure.

repaint is much further than i went... but i'd check your grounds too.
if you know you have spark... odds on everything is fine... before you do those fuel lines, you may as well check the spark plugs for fuel first - might save you wasting some time.
