Car wont start (a little more to it though)
I know odds are it is a flooded engine, as it follows all of the guidelines of a flooded engine, but while i was cranking it, it held a long beeeeeep like from the ignition. I let it crank for 9 seconds on a dry battery, and after 9 seconds, it would flatline, like in an O.R. when a person passes on. That got me worried. Has anyones ignition sound went to a steady beep on them? Is this a prognosis from the ECU telling me the car is down and out? When i crank it, the car does turn over, but after holding a prolonged crank, i get a beeeeeeeeeep sound.
as for a little info, i had let the car sit uncranked for 3 weeks due to an accident, bu now most is repaired (just gotta replace front left light unit. I just got a new battery (havent gotten new plugs yet, will put them in and see if it makes any difference)
Thanks in advance
Just to verify, i only want to know what the prolonged beeeep sound is.

same problem
I haven't drove my car in about 5 weeks. Replaced the pulsation dampener and did a hose job, now it isn't starting. I get the same beeping and it'll crank over, just won't fire up. That was just last night, so I have yet to toy with it anymore. Do you know if it's sparking?
