Car won't start after rebuilding

i recently finished rebuilding my car and i went to turn the key and nothing. I got a couple of connectors that i dont know where or what they go to. i fot 2 black connectors on the ecu side that i dont know what they connect to, i got a white/clear 2 pin connector on the fuse box by the pedals. i also dont have any of the center console warning stuff i dont know if it matters.

things that dont work

no tail lights
no interior lights
i thought maybe a bad ground but i checked all of the grounds and they are all fine
i also connected together the fuse boxes in the engine

if your car was an automatic at one point then those 2 black connectors next to the ecu went to a little computer thing that was there. it was something for AT cars. not relevant if you are MT.

i dont know about the plug next to your fuse box.... a picture maybe?

the most important ground that i found is the one that goes from the hook on the back of the UIM to the firewall. with that ground not connected the car wont even crank.

obviously you did more than just rebuild the engine, think about anything else you did to the car and follow the wiring diagrams.

no tail or interior lights if I'm correct has something to do with the TNS relay/circuit in the fuse block at the front bumper
