Car won't start

I have a 94 FD. Just got a aftermarket alarm w/ keyless entry. The Keyless entry won't work(would not arm the alarm but my factory alarm works.) The next thing i noticed is that the car won't start. It only cranks but would not start. I changed the plugs, batteries, changed coolant, changed engine oil and serviced the car not long ago. PLEASE PLEASE help! Its been quite a while since the car cranked a long time to start and now it won't start.

Be sure that the ground is good on it. Easy way to do this is run a jumper cable from the ground of the battery to the engine(put it on the altenator swing adjustment). Then go start the car. If it starts, then it's your ground that's bad.

Good Luck!

Try pumping your gas a bit while starting. You fuel lines may be dry from sitting for a long time.

I'm having this same problem and my car drove fine when I replaced the fuel pump relay. Now it isn't starting again and I'm wondering if it may be the factorie alarm? If you can help please pm me. Thank you. 93 Fd

What happens when you try to start/crank it? Do you hear the motor turning?
