Car still has problems

Well, my car used to get stuck at 4k rpms or 5psi of boost, whichever you go to first. I was afraid it might have been my secondaries failing, but I replaced the spark plug and I was able to rev it all the way to redline. Problem is, it still wont boost over 5psi of boost. And its weak as hell when its over 4k. Idles fine. Pulls good vaccum. The spark plugs seemed to help the problem a lot. Could my wires be shot too? Could my coil packs be fried or would that just result in the spark plugs not working at all?

Sounds like your engine is fine, but you are having turbo issues. If your primary turbo can't go over 5psi, the secondary will never come on line. Look into primary turbo issues like boost line is off, or the solenoid is bad. It soundslike you are having a lot of issues with that system. You can even try doing the poorman's non-sequencial mod for your turbos (it doesn't take too long) and see if they are working, or if the issue is there.
