I think and I mean this quite honestly that you should not post anything anywhere before having a profound read of the Factory Service Manual you might actually find that the troubleshooting guides will be very helpful for you. It will give you a step by step guy of what to check when you arise on your innumerable problems.
Also, there is no hidden matrix code in your log that people are going to read and figure it out... However, if I am following the lines right your TPS V is way way off.
