Car did not start after long winter storage :(

Tried starting the car today with no luck.

It ignited for a second and then nothing.

I checked the plugs and three of them were wet. Also one of the trailing plugs elektrods(don't know the word for that) is much further down than the other plugs.

Im gonna try empty the engine from all the fuel, there was so much fuel in the engine that some sipped out when i took one of the plugs out.

I haven't started the car since october cause of mods.

No engine mods only DP, hghflow cat, intake.

so do you have a question?

do you want someone to feel sorry for you haha?

obviously you found the problem the car is flooded. Take the plugs out over night to let the gas evaporate from the engine and clean them up and replace them in the morning and it should start up. If that doesn't work then throw a little atf in there and get ready for some major smoking when it starts.

BTW why do you think you have gas in the motor? Problem with an injector maybe?

yes it's a question.

Won't the gas in the other chambers still be in there tomorrow?

I will wait to tomorrow since it's already to late now anyways.

thanks for the answer.

top off the fuel tank with freash 93-oct fuel, the old gasoline has lost it's vapor pressure sitting all winter. the fuel is flat, like trying to startup with kerosene.

put atf fluid in her and crank her with the fuel pump off and spark off via pulling the fuses and relays. you can also just put atf fluid in her and go wot and crank for about 10-15 secs a couple of times (giving about 15-30min rest in between cranks/tries to rest the starter) and see if you can spit out the fuel that way. On second though, since you got a cat, perhaps you should not try the atf fluid...
