Doing a search, the closest related scenario is I believe the 3K hesitation (though never experience this). But for me, only when the headlights are on (basically, night time only) the car will sometimes bog. Can occur in any gear after 10 seconds when cruisin' (like 3rd or 5th) or even...gasp...from 1st to 2nd (this one REALLY sucks). If the car is warm/fully warmed-up (say after about 20-30 minute driving)...it doesn't bog as much but still can. When trying/testing with headlights and fans/AC on at max level...the car severely bogs. Hmm...strange. Car NEVER bogs during regular daytime driving. So basically under medium and on loads, it bogs.

I figure i try grounding more points and/or perhaps changing oxygen sensor (latter based on Pettit Racing web site for 3K issue). Any other ideas? Mods are below:
