caonnot get tps in spec

ok so as title says, I cannot get my tps narrow range and full range in spec at the same time....so last night I adjusted the full range within spec .7v closed and 4.2 wide open...problem is the narrow range is currently at about 2.2v closed when its suppose to be at a max of 1.25v closed. it is withing the range wide open though 4.9v. any clues on what this could be?? I swapped tps sensors to be sure and still no luck

You sure the TPS is installed correctly? There's a way to put it on so the teeth engage properly, remember have both bolts loose when adjusting. Other then that, make sure the cold start thermowax is disengaged when adjusting tps values by shoving something in there.

If you remove the thermo wax, you have to zip tie the cam back.

Set all the throttle body adjustments per the FSM. Make sure the fast idle cam is tied back. I like to use safety wire. Don't open it too much or it will interfere with the throttle butterfly operation. If you can't get the tps in spec then, it is bad.
