cant get my tail light off HELP!

i have a burned out light bulb and i have tried to take the tail light off forever! i have removed the middle brake light. i removed the 2 screws that hold the light in place too. and then i try to pull on the light it doesnt move a inch. thanks for the help!

i have pulled hard. it actually pulls the car a little... but i bet i am just being scared.

It's a fun task for sure.

After the screws are out of the top of the taillight, you have to pull towards the OUTSIDE of the car to remove it. (i.e. if it's the driver's side light, pull it to the left). If you try to pull it straight back, you will break the clips.

They hold pretty tight, there will be no play while you pull and then POW! it will suddenly pop off. Be ready because it can slip out of your hands and hit the side of your car while hanging from the wire. I was about to give up on my last pull but then it popped off unexpectedly. It SEEMS like you're doing something wrong but you really aren't. Pretty spooky for sure.
